These programs develop fitness, positive use for leisure time, stress management, appreciation of the environment and social and interpersonal skills; while learning the values of teamwork and physical fitness.

 

GAMES

The Club games room is a safe place for kids to learn interpersonal skills and sportsmanship through fun competition. Kids play foosball, billiards, ping pong, and other games.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BASKETKBALL LEAGUES 

The Club offers multiple fun, competitive basketball leagues for area teams.

Registration for 3/4th Grade Boys and 3/4th Grade Girls Champions League opens July 30th and closes September 4th, 2023. The league begins September 11th, 2023. 

Regsitration for 7/8th Grade Boys and 7/8th Grade Girls Champions League closes on October 2nd. The league begins Ocotber 16th, 2023.

3-ON-3 Tournament 

We also host an annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament with an opportunity to have fun, compete, and help support the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dubuque on our mission to enchance the lives of Dubuque area youth.

This years 2023 3-ON-3 Tournament will be hosted on March 27 and March 30th! 

Registration Deadline is March 21st! Check-in begins at 4:30pm and games start at 5:00pm.

FIELD TRIPS

The Club offer trips to nature centers, museums, professional sporting events, amusement parks, skating rinks, restaurants and plays. Supervised by staff and adult volunteers, these field trips give members opportunities and experiences beyond the boundaries of their own neighborhoods.
